Dr. Todd Holcomb is Named Next 靠谱买球app推荐 President

WATERLOO–The 靠谱买球app推荐 Board of Trustees has selected Dr. Todd Holcomb as the college’s next president.
“We think we have hired a very experienced community college president,” said Jay Nardini, 董事会主席. “He’s been innovative and visionary at his current college.”
Dr. Holcomb is currently president of Western Nebraska Community College, a multi-campus comprehensive community college in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Prior to becoming president in 2010, he was vice president of student services from 2009 to 2010, which followed a six-year tenure as associate vice president for student affairs at Iowa State University. He also served as an interim director for both ISU Dining and the Department of Residence at Iowa State.

Holcomb spent nine years at Miami University in Ohio (1994-2003), serving as associate director and later director of the Office of Residence Life and New Student Programs, interim assistant vice president for student affairs, and associate dean of students for residence life and new student programs.
Dr. Holcomb has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Truman State University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University, a Doctor of Education in Higher Education from the University of Georgia–Athens, and a certificate in fundraising management from Indiana University’s School of Philanthropy.
“We’re very excited, and he’s very excited to be our eighth president,” Nardini said.
Dr. 霍尔科姆将接替霍尔科姆博士. Linda Allen, who announced her plans to retire as 靠谱买球app推荐 president in January 2019. Dr. Allen has served as president since March 2011, after five years as vice president of Academic Affairs. Dr. Holcomb will assume his duties on July 1. 2019.
